The First Aid Plus Online Course is a Comprehensive First Aid course including Adult, Child and Infant resuscitation for those who do not require the HSE First Aid at Work course. This course is great for families or anyone who needs comprehensive first aid training. The course covers all aspects of first aid and is an ideal source of reference for many conditions.
First Aid training is not only a good life skill for everyone to learn but also a required mandatory training needed annually in many professions. The First Aid Plus course is our most comprehensive course, covering a wide variety of primary and secondary care subjects.
We include in the course Child and Infant skills to ensure a complete understanding making the course ideal also for Parents, Grandparents and Families as well as businesses and people needing a more comprehensive first aid course.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2015 as per the HSE requirements.
This course comes with 6.0 hours of CPD, although the time to complete the course online may be less than this. Total course time includes 5 hours and 33 minutes of video training as well as knowledge reviews, final test, remedial help and reviewing downloaded material.
The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
“I can thoroughly recommend this training as a way of increasing your general first aid knowledge whether you are doing this for the first time or as a refresher. I am a dentist and have dealt with some of the situations discussed but still found the whole course useful and explained clearly with enough medical detail without being overwhelming.”
“I thought this course was excellent. I'm chronically ill so am unable to attend a First Aid class in person. It was especially good for me to be able to learn at my own pace, from home. ”
